Ranu Uniyal is Professor of English at Lucknow University. Her poetry has appeared in Mascara Literary Review, Jaggery, Medulla Review, Sketch Book, Twenty 20, Whispers, Littlewood Press, Muse India, Kavya Bharati, Femina, Manushi, Indian Literature and several anthologies both in India and abroad.

Dr Ranu Uniyal is Professor of English at Lucknow University.

Padma Shri Raj Bisaria along with Amrita Das, Prof. Ranu Uniyal and Kanak Rekha Chauhan released the Book,’A literary journal of Arts, Rhetorica Quarterly’ and felicitated the students during Metaphor Litfest Spring edition 2021 organised by the Lucknow Expressions society in collaboration with English and modern Europian languages at Malviya Hall, the University of Lucknow of Friday.

I must show a raw interest in birds and bees, flowers and trees; I must smell the fragrance of laughter and be ready to sip at intervals, be ready to lick the gentle rain that often gets trapped in the stammering banana stalks, never feel offended by the neighbour’s dog and his ghoulish bark.

Ranu Uniyal is a bi-lingual Poet and Professor of English, University of Lucknow. She did her doctoral studies from University of Hull, UK.
